How long does delivery take?
Our average shipping time is between 4-5 days for some products. We ship our order mostly through USPS Priority Mails.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can track the status of your order in real time by entering your order information on the Track Order page.
After an order has been placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center where we will confirm and ship your items as soon as possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
At this time, we accept payment via all major credit cards.
There is a problem with my order. What do I do?
Please contact us at email@example.com and we will work to correct the problem as soon as possible.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your refund or return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org if there is a problem with your product. Once your request is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you if your issue qualifies for a refund. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you want a full refund of a non-defective product, you can mail it back to us by purchasing your own postage. Thank you for understanding.
